Looking for Managers (all levels) to join the team for the nationally acclaimed fast paced, high volume, Cuban restaurant - 90 Miles. You will be responsible for delivering the exceptional service, cuisine and lively, dining experience that our customers have come to expect from the 90 Miles brand. Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment and join a exciting and fast growing company. Currently hiring for Armitage location and new Lincolnwood location. Minimum 2-5 years of management experience necessary.
Primary responsibilities include employee hire, training, retention, guest service, customer standards and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Managing all functions of the restaurant (front-of-house and back-of-house) during opening, mid or closing shifts,
Hiring, managing, training and disciplining restaurant team members,
Ensuring a excellence in customer service standards and guest experience,
Ensuring the safety of our guests, team members and property,
Overseeing the quality of our food products,
Creating and modifying FOH schedules,
Overseeing the food orders to ensure appropriate inventory,
Regularly measure and evaluate service levels and standards using guest and employee feedback and develop plans for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
Demonstrated knowledge of operational management
Excellent service skills
Must possess a strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional guest service orientation
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
