Position : Automation Engineer.
Position Type : Contract/Full Time.
Location : Eagan, Minnesota.

Experience:
• 5+ years designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch
• Developing automation framework architecture based on best practices in framework and automated test case design to ensure maximized code reuse and minimized maintenance using OO principles
• 5+ years creating and managing a work breakdown structure to create and enhance automation frameworks
• 5+ years driving prioritization and distributing work direction to a automation teams
• Working closely with test team for automation requirement identification
• Developing and delivering training and mentoring on test framework usage for not automation engineers
• 3+ years of current experience working with TFS, C# &CodedUI

Skills:
• Knowledgeable of Object Oriented Programming OOP
• Knowledgeable of coding principles i.e. DRY, DAMP
• Experience with Microsoft TFS suite of tools including:
o TFS Agile project workflow
o Test Manager
o Lab Manager (optional for some roles)
• Experience with Agile delivery processes
• NoSQL testing experience
• Azure table storage testing experience
• Experience executing automated tests
• Experience testing responsive web applications
• Testing experience with IE, Chrome, Firefox & Safari browsers
• Effective team collaborator
• Self-directed worker
