Jungle Communications is offering an internship to those pursuing a career in the creative fields.
Our internships are interdisciplinary and normally involve web, social media and print projects.
Assignments & responsibilities may include: design, layout, typesetting and print production in English and other languages. Project may involve UI design for website and social media, production management, vendor and client relation, QA, and other tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
• Must have knowledge of MAC and PCs, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally WYSIWYG applications for web.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML5.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Detail-oriented and flexible, able to juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with and/or interest in multicultural issues; knowledge of foreign language desire.
Starting Date: September 2015
Time Commitment:
This is a full-time internship, and a monthly stipend is provided.
Minimum duration of internship, 3 months.
Our normal operating hours are: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Location:
The internship will be at our Berkeley office in California.
