Entry level Business Analyst For Fresher position
Job Description
A successful Business Analyst will have:
• Good command of requirements management best practices and methodologies
• Gathering and documenting requirements.
• Good command of insurance business processes & terminology (product and claims knowledge preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate sessions to understand the business problem and requirements / options that will fulfill the resolution
• Ability to develop partnering relationships with business partners, Quality Control and technology team members
• Self-Starter who is able to work with minimal management oversight
Qualifications
• Exposure to business analyst concepts through school
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Can work well in a team setting
• Bachelors or higher degree in technology or business.
