Full Stack Web Developer

Position Overview: Develop and maintain web applications for our customers so that they can access our models through our existing web portal. Aid in the overhaul of our company website. Long term, develop our technology team and offerings by recommending ways to add value for our customers through the implementation of additional tools, security features, data protection, and other measures. Skilled in PHP, SQL, MySQL, HTML, etc.

1. Privately held, big data, customer-focused company with approximately 35 employees and $7 million annual sales.
2. Marketing & Sales tools and services deployed with Global 1,000 partners across North America, including: HP, Kimberly-Clark, McKesson, Philips, MSC, Rubbermaid and Interstate.
3. Precision employs and develops proprietary models that leverage existing customer data to identify bottlenecks to profitable sales and margin improvement via:
• Category management
• Customer segmentation
• Pricing
• Market size & share
• ROI and response rate modeling
• Sales & marketing resource allocation
• M&A clean room
• Other customized models
Responsibilities:
1. Design, build, deliver and support Web-based applications for customer delivery and implementation of Precision fact-based models.
2. Manage multiple deliverables, projects & associated team communication in a dynamic environment.
3. Implement & document procedures for backup & redundancy.
4. Build Precision technology team.
5. Support team via flexibility to complete other tasks outside web development (e.g. modeling).
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s in computer science or related degree. 3.25 (out of 4.0) GPA or greater preferred.
2. Related experience:
• Roles: big data, web development, software development, database applications.
• Responsibilities: Web applications & associated security, internal and client communication.
• Tools: programming languages to launch web-based applications; may include PHP, HTML, Java, SQL, MySQL, iOS, and others; knowledge of statistical and/or database software a plus.
Skills:
1. PHP (Laravel or similar), Linux, HTML/CSS, SQL, database work, etc.
2. Problem solving, communication, and flexibility be part of a small company. Support changing objectives, client needs and workload.
Compensation:
1. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
2. Bonus = up to 10% of base salary annually, depending on individual performance and company results.
