Qualifications Required

Responsibilities:
The Account Representative is the primary interface between internal Creative Services and its business customers, serving to consult and partner with clients on various initiatives and projects.
The Account Representative goes beyond project management by making thoughtful recommendations on projects and maintaining and nuturing long lasting client relationships.
The Account Representative serves as a voice for the services and capabilities of internal Creative Services. Common activities include: leading client input meetings at project initiation, internal creative meetings with designers and developers, frequent and consistent communications with clients, coordinating the workflow of projects through production, estimating and calculating project expenses, leading brainstorming sessions, presenting concepts to clients, and managing projects from initiation through retirement through internal systems. The Account Representative also engages in developmental opportunities that enhance understanding of products, markets, and customers, as well as marketing, communications, and customer service skills; to include both internal offerings as well as those available through outside sources as resources allow. Responsible for continuous improvement of client servicing through effective and timely response to customer needs and sharing of industry trends and best practices with clients and internal team. The goal of the Account Representative is to deliver outstanding account management and serve as a brand ambassador for internal Creative Services. Responsibilities:
• Uses product and marketing knowledge to support assigned accounts and contribute to marketing plans.
• Serves as the primary client contact on day-to-day activities.
• Conducts client input meetings to define project parameters and advises on project management.
• Helps existing clients develop effective communication strategies.
• Prepares documentation (e.g., creative brief, assignment sheet, cost estimate, production timeline, conference report, case studies, project recap) for client and Creative Services use in identifying goals and key milestones.
• Takes ownership of accounts and contributes to building partnerships with clients and providing added-value services beyond day-to-day account work.
• Actively pursues engagement with existing clients and seeks out new opportunities for engagement with existing and new clients.
• Partners with the Creative Services staff in assuring continuous and accurate communication and cooperative effort in the effective and timely fulfillment of project goals.
• Participates in and contributes to production meetings and staff meetings
• Engages in dialogue with Creative Services associates and the larger Marketing / Communication function regarding service excellence; evaluates and implements steps leading to improved procedures and practices.
