Home based, growing staffing company is looking for a self-confident, personable, organized, motivated person to work as an Administrative Assistant/Recruiter. We want someone that can assist the owner in running this business smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• General office administration/coordination
• Handle all required paperwork
• Process payroll and personnel documents and maintain related records
• Answer phones and take detailed messages
• Help write job descriptions and prepare questionnaires
• Place sales calls and be proactive in bringing in new business

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or performing office work
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Quick learner
• Professional, Reliable, Thorough, Neat, and Detailed Oriented
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Energetic and personable personality on phone and in person with clients and staff
• Self-motivated and able to perform assigned tasks without supervision or office mates
• Trustworthy
• Works well under pressure
• Non-smoker

Preferred (Optional):

• Computer skills i.e. set up printers, faxes, etc.
• Familiarity with engineering and technical language
• Sales experience
• Bilingual
