Job Details:
• Responsibilities include: Hands-on operation, set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF) equipment.
• Prepare buffers, perform and monitor critical processes.
• Draft and revise standard operating procedures.
• Review and execute validation protocols.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Initiate quality incident reports. Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions.
• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records).
• May require weekend or holiday work, and overtime as dictated by the production schedule.
Skills:
• Degree in Biology/Life Sciences; relevant work experience
