Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementing policies relating to all phases of personnel activity: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, etc.;
• Compensation, benefits, insurance, and employee recordkeeping;
• Accident investigation and report preparation for insurance;
• Conducting wage research and surveys;
• Assisting Manufacturing in employee relations and safety.
Education: 4-year degree preferred; Human Resources or related disciplines preferred.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, hiring and industrial safety;
• Compensation and benefits experience;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
