Hoopla is looking for a talented and enthusiastic UX Lead who can map out the 'big picture' of design across web and mobile platforms. The UX Lead will be expected to work collaboratively with senior management, as well as the product, customer service, and engineering teams to create detailed user personas that tie to multiple use cases and user workflows. The UX lead will then help guide our User Interface designers through the development of wireframes and interface designs.

Responsibilities
Lead development of detailed user personas and use cases across web and native mobile platforms
Facilitate a collaborative and iterative process to document detailed user personas and use cases
Drafting of detailed business requirements and work closely with the engineering team in managing the technical requirements
Lead the development of the product information architecture
Oversee the creation of UI mockups, UI flow diagrams, and final UI designs.
Oversee the documentation of the UIs developed. Collaborate with engineers on front-end integration strategies
