Marketing / Customer Relations Manager
Quality Builders Warranty Corporation currently has an outstanding opportunity available. This is an exciting position for individuals who enjoy establishing and maintaining relationships, traveling, and teaching.
Your Responsibilities:
•Public Relations: Coordinate all aspects of public relation calls and visits with existing customers as well as selection and delivery of achievement awards
•Training: conducting seminars to builder customers’ sales teams and training business development managers
•Problem Solving: assisting in resolution of customer problems and assisting in coordinating dispute settlement processes between member builders and their customers
•Assist Sales Department: searching and reviewing resumes, recruiting, and conducting first time interviews
•Marketing: assisting in the planning and coordination of trade show booth exhibitions
