Our client (one of the major consulting firms) is looking for HCM Workday Performance/Talent Management Consultants.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to implement, support and integrate Workday HCM technology solutions into their business environments
Provide delivery support for Workday Human Capital Management applications to our clients
Closely follow the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Qualifications
HCM Workday Performance/Talent Mgmt Consultant
Workday HCM certification required
Minimum of 1+ years demonstrated HCM and Talent/Performance management
Implementation & configuration experience
Minimum of 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
Minimum of 1+ years prior consulting experience
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Experience with full lifecycle end to end implementation, not just Phase 2
Experience implementing for large enterprise with 15,000 employees and up
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 1+ years of additional Workday Module Certification and implementation in any of the following: Compensation,Benefits and/or Configurable Security
Previous experience with a large professional service organization
Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
Previous experience in software selection, vendor management
**Travel Monday thru Thursday/ Friday work from home
