Job Summary:
• Position requires the ability to learn new tools and use them including SharePoint and SharePoint based tools.
• Must be able to accurately manage (enter/modify) data and provide reports using tools.
• Document and record meeting minutes and action items for meetings with team and customers.
• Work with action items owners to ensure action items are completed on time.
• Create CDRL deliverables from meeting minutes according to a DID.
• Format, edit, and review as appropriate CDRL documents for delivery.
• Set up meetings as requested.
• Utilize Data Management Tools such as (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to support program needs.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Develop and maintain CM processes and documentation.
Qualifications
• Must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Develop and maintain CM processes and documentation.
• Prior experience with CMMI or ISO 9001.
• Previous experience supporting government and/or Department of Defense customers.
• Clearance: High Risk Public Trust employee must be a US Citizen
