The primary focus of this role is to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and deliver training sessions that may include large group classroom or virtual session, 1:1 sessions as needed, and train the trainer sessions as required. You will work alongside our team who are focused on solutions to meet a wide range of health consumer needs. In this role, you will provide information, assistance and training to customers accessing and using the features and functions of the secure mail application and the clinical data in the Health Information Exchange application. Health Care experience is desirable but not required.
This is a three month assignment.
Requirements:
Conduct, facilitate and lead training presentations
Develop and revise courses using appropriate tools
Aptitude for learning new software applications
Professional manner in dealing with customer base
Maintain strong attention to detail skills
Patience to help troubleshoot issues for customers with limited computer skills
Strong team player and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be flexible. Be able to adapt material and program based on scheduling needs and level of audience participation.
Develop and select training aids, such as multimedia visual aids, and training handbooks
Test students to measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of training
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested
