Contract position - please note, we are not working on a C2C basis for this position.
Typical Duties
• Champions the Agile mindset and principles for the Digital Channel including creating an Agile vision and approach, and coaching Agile delivery teams and organizational leaders in Agile principles and practices.
• Responsible for inspiring and supporting change at individual, team and organizational levels, in the adoption and ongoing improvements of effective and scalable Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics.
• Leads and coaches the Agile value stream teams, and eventually additional coaches if needed. Helps team coaches and technical coaches to understand agile project delivery.
• Have a comprehensive view of the Digital Channel’s Agile performance over time to identify and address opportunity areas and reinforce best practices.
• Hands-on manner with the teams as well as in a consultant model, helping the teams leverage Agile and its ceremonies, roles, collaboration, and artifacts to reach greater success in project delivery.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or combination of relevant education and experience
Experience
Typically has 1 4 years of online/digital channel experience and coaching experience. Financial services industry experience a big plus
Skills/Experience
• Knowledge of the practices, concepts and procedures related to coaching and facilitating development teams in the adoption and practice of agile principles
• Knowledge of several agile methodologies.
• Analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels.
• Experience in teaching and/or mentoring multiple teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
• Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to understand technical issues.
