My client is searching for a premium level Executive Chef for its headquarters in the DC area.
This is a senior level position providing full culinary responsibility for this multi-million dollar business.
Executive Chefs with 10+ years’ experience in a very upscale setting including significant high end, on/off premise catering functions are invited to apply.
This position will report directly to the ownership group and will have a full team of Exec Sous, sous, as well as regular kitchen staff. The position is extremely high profile, high visibility and will balance all administrative functions, costing, purveyors, compliance as well as oversight to culinary operations.
Backgrounds from boutique hotels, upscale catering venues and well known high end establishments will be appealing.
