Assistant General Manager & Kitchen Manager:

NEW UNIT OPENING MULTI VENUE CONCEPT
We are interviewing for an unbelievable opportunity in the hospitality/entertainment arena.
Seeking experienced and qualified candidates that have high volume full service restaurant and/or culinary experience.
AGM level candidates must have prior GM level experience or currently be at the AGM level with high volume concept 75 100 employees
This is an exciting new venue with tremendous opportunity to advance as the company expands.
AGM’s must have $5M + in annual sales with a track record of success in the following metrics:
Sales growth
Labor cost
Productivity
Profitability
C O S
HR & team building
Managing subordinate managers
Overseeing culinary managers
Team development
New unit opening a plus

KM’s must have a successful track record with the following metrics:

Sanitation
Food cost control
New unit opening a plus
Purchasing
Kitchen productivity/efficiency
State of the art kitchen equipment

This is a ground floor opportunity to join a successful and proven HOT CONCEPT that is expanding in the Northern Virginia/DC area
