Job Description Prospect for, present to and establish consulting/staffing/permanent hire service contracts with senior managers who control the hiring of professional staff in mid-size and large (Fortune 1000) companies.

Skills Required Cold-calling and/or ability to use one’s personal network to find Qualified Prospects.
Polished telephone and in-person presentation skills. Detail oriented. Energy, flexibility and adaptability. Ability to gain confidence quickly of decision makers at the Director, VP and C levels. Proficiency with basic business software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications. IT and Social Networking savvy. Some knowledge of IT titles, clinical and scientific terminology is a plus.

Experience Required: 3-5 years in Staffing and/or consulting services. 5+ years sales and business development experience including knowledge of W-2, subcontractors, gross margins and placement fees.
