$60 per hour! Family Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist / ER and Family Practice- Rural Health Clinic East, Texas Convenient to Lufkin / Nacogdoches, (Loan Repayment Eligible Site through the NHSC)
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well respected hospitalist in East, Texas. The provider would work in the ER, function as a Hospitalist and cross cover in the clinic. This location is convenient to Lufkin/Nacogdoches. The employer prefers experienced Providers but would consider new graduates with a strong ER or Critical Care background. The Provider would see an estimated volume of 18-20 patients per day and treat a diverse patient population with both routine, acute and chronic illnesses and injuries and will include procedures such as suturing and splinting. The Provider would also cross cover in the ER (low volume of approximately 3,000 patient encounters annually) as well as follow the admissions in the hospital and function as a hospitalist provider. Flexible shift schedule. The base salary range is $60.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefit package including 3 weeks of vacation, paid malpractice, health insurance, dental/vision/disability, and 401K with Match. CME and CME allowance of $2,500. This site may qualify for Loan Repayment through the NHSC given its high HRSA rating for an additional $25,000 per year in loan repayment. Minimum of a two year commitment required for $50,000. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus. Excellent opportunity in a desirable setting.
