Family Practice Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner-Greater Fort Worth, Texas (3 on / 4 off and 4 on / 3 off rotating shifts)
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to work in an outpatient clinic setting working 3 on / 4 off and 4 on 3/ off 12 hour shifts 8:00am-8:00pm rotating days including Saturdays. The Provider would be seeing routine, acute and chronic illnesses and injuries with an estimated volume of 25 patients per day with Physician support. The FNP would enjoy a stable support staff, EMR and an excellent management team. The base salary would be $95,000-$120,000+ depending upon experience and would include a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K plan, CME Allowance and Paid CME time off, Malpractice coverage under the hospitals umbrella policy and all dues and fees paid for by the hospital.
