Job Description:
He/She will work on the shop floor, maintains constant contact with customers and staff. Ensuring staff give great customer service as well as dealing with the financial side of the store and people management.

Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
Managing budgets.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.

Overseeing pricing and stock control.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of OND. A degree in Business Adminnistration, Finance or management may be an advantage.
1-3 years’ experience in relevant commercial, sales or retailing is required.
