Marketing Manager Medical Implants/Devices Contract Mfg - $100-115K + Bonus - Responsible for Medical Device Segment Brand Positioning on a Global basis. Identify market trends and new emerging opportunities for Medical companies within regions and to introduce a broad range of implant devices. Provide guidance to other Health Care sales team members with responsibility for medical device companies within their respective regions. Develop market information for monthly reports including competing products, technologies and companies, market size, growth, profitability, product specifications, customer needs and recommend strategic actions and potential partnerships in all steps of the value chain. Identify and participate in relevant conferences, technical seminars, trade meetings, etc. to make new contacts and identify new development opportunities. Actively communicate with Health Care team the needs of the Medical Device Marketplace.
Bachelor's degree required, marketing degree preferred. Advanced degree a plus. Minimum 10 years of either proven Medical Device Marketing Role that included positioning and development or a proven sales track record in medical implant device industry. Technical and application knowledge of polymer materials in implant devices a plus. Must have the ability to build and expand relationships with customers on a strategic level and be comfortable calling on a variety of companies, as well as all levels of management. Global expertise a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ideally possess established relationships with contacts in the medical device industry.
