In this position you will be working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high quality customer service to our clients. Ideal candidate will understand how to direct and motivate others to ensure we are successfully servicing our customers with top notch customer care. Route Service Manager will adhere to all DOT, EPA, State and Local Regulations and company policies while ensuring impeccable customer care.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
* Train, develop and manage Sales and Service Reps.
* Manage all aspects of service request. Ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner.
* Conduct End-of-day Check-In, Morning Check-Out with Service Reps to ensure daily expectations are being met.
* Hold Service Reps accountable to service performance requirements.
* Provide field coaching and sales training.
* Work collectively to resolve customer service issues.
* Collect and distribute leads and cross-selling opportunities between sales and service reps.
* Monitor daily service operations to ensure performance is within regulatory guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* Must have 2 plus years plus of Dispatch or Route Management experience of CDL drivers.
* Must have the ability to obtain or retain a Class B commercial driver's license with Hazmat endorsements.
* Must have intermediate or above skills in Microsoft Office.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must be able to report to work by 6:30 AM or earlier if needed.
