Company is a world leader in the manufacture of investment castings.
Overall responsibility for the achievement of annual sales targets consisting of existing core business and year on year growth targets
* Drive and manage the sales process in conjunction with the Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
* Serve existing and new customers by identifying their needs. Provide engineering application of investment casting products.
* Prepare cost estimates by studying drawings and related customer documents.
* Prepare sales / engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and application trends.
* Collect customer feedback and market research.
* Perform established business policies on reporting and behaviors, providing regular and frequent feedback of activities to the Business.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.
* 10 years' sales experience in the Investment Casting Industry.
* Travel 50%+
* Ability to investigate, identify, and capitalize business opportunities. Explore all potential avenues for business.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create technical papers, specifications, and presentations.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
* Experience in Project Management, both with respect to management of bids and also introduction of new products into the facility, is desired.
