SaaS (Software as a Service) Practice is seeking talented Cloud Professionals to join our growing team. Over the past two years we have seen tremendous continued growth in our SaaS business. SalesForceDotCom represents the largest share of our SaaS business and we're seeing more cloud-enabled transformation programs in the pipeline than ever, increasingly connected to the social enterprise.

Business and Systems Integration professionals analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.

Client is looking for a SalesForceDotCom Cloud Professionals to work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy SalesForceDotCom Cloud applications to a wide variety of clients at the enterprise level. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of SalesForceDotCom application, data migration and integration capabilities.

The candidate should have full lifecycle project experience, and the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.

Candidates should have an understanding of call centers, contact centers or delivery centers, and comprehension of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a customer support environment.

Additionally, candidates should possess knowledge of the relationship between a customer support environment and other business units such as sales, or back-office. Candidates should have knowledge of key technology enablers used within a customer support environment such as computer telephony integration, portal self-service, knowledge or case management.

Desired Skills & Experience

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of SalesForceDotCom (SFDC) systems implementation experience

• 2+ years of Sales and /or Service Cloud experience

• 2+ years of requirements gathering experience including process mapping and gap analysis

• 2+ years solution development on Sales/ Service Cloud, Force.com or Communities

• Full lifecycle project experience - from requirements gathering to implementation

• Experience with interpreting functional requirements to a solution spec to pass on to a development team

• Ability to travel 80-100%

• Bachelor Degree

PREFERRED:

• SalesForceDotCom Certifications highly preferred (Architect, Admin, Developer, etc)

• Large scale implementation project experience across multiple client stakeholders

• Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns)

• Solution development experience on Sales or Service Cloud, Force.com or Communities

• Experience with Veeva, Oracle-Siebel, NetSuite, SAP or Workday

'A PLUS':

• An understanding of call centers, contact centers or delivery centers

• Software system implementation with customer support experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and governor limits) and how they influence design

• Technical architect experience on implementation projects

• Agile and iterative experience

• Supervisory experience
