Fortune 500 Company with over $700 million is sales has an opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer located at their facility in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Position Summary:
Responsibilities include electrical design, cost estimating, preparing bid documents and packages, reviewing contracts, scheduling equipment deliveries and expediting, procurement, and other duties required for projects and operations. Manage, plan, design (including schematics), and coordinate electrical power distribution design in an industrial environment.
Requirements:
•B.S. Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology or related
•Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
•5 plus years of related work experience
•Substantial industrial power design experience
•Field construction and automation a plus
•Knowledge and experience with design and installation of three phase 480V power distribution, MCC's, VFD's, soft starters, motor controls, electric motors and PLC's/automated systems
•Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls
•Excellent communication and leadership skills
•Job requires 25 -50% travel
Must Haves
BSEE. Substantial industrial power design experience.
