Job Description
Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.
Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?
High Level Function:
-Supervise Core Return and Precious Metals Recycling daily, weekly, and monthly activities
-Analyze the precious metals market to adjust pricing of PGM’s
-Function as the main line of contact for dealers and regions regarding all Core Return programs
-Prepare monthly financial statements
-Manage receipt, refund approval process, and payments to dealers through SAP
-Maintain information systems related to the all Core Return programs
-Organize the removal and sales of overstock, scrap and obsolete parts from manufacturing plants
-Facilitate dealer credits and debits and overall functions of the Electronic Exchange Audio Program
-Assist in the Leaf and HEV battery recovery efforts for recycling
-Prepares company wide communications regarding all program policies
-Liaison to the Accounting, Purchasing, and After sales divisions for all core return procedures
-Direct key activities with vendor(s)
