What skills does this position require:
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Will be manipulating data, v look ups, pivot tables, etc. Must be able to take data and tell story in PowerPoint.
Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must show strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to anticipate needs, able to add value and comfortable proposing new ways of doing things affect change.
Attention to detail, quality and timelines of output, and strong collaboration skills are essential for this position.

Job Description:
Monitor project costs. Research projects and prepare correcting entries, as necessary. Prepare project cost accruals. Possesses knowledge of industry joint interest and revenue operations. Conducts analysis of management and operational problems and formulates improvement plans where necessary.

Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis:
This contract position will support to two NNA Dealer Network Development (DND) Sr. Mgrs. who manage the performance and business relationship with Nissan and Infiniti’s largest dealer groups. The position’s responsibilities include creating and distributing performance reports covering all key lines of Nissan and Infiniti’s dealer related business, preparing presentations for Dealer Group and NNA Executive meetings, and additional analysis as needed. The position regularly interacts and collaborates with the larger DND Department, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and After Sales to provide the Sr. Managers data and information.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with Nissan’s business owners in Dealer Network Development, Sales Operations, Certified Pre-Owned, After Sales, NMAC, Assurance Products (NESNA), and Marketing to obtain performance information on a weekly and monthly basis.
Consolidate performance information into formatted, clear and accurate standard communications for distribution to 16 Nissan dealer groups in a periodic (weekly/monthly) basis.
Assist in creating presentations for Dealer Group meetings on a weekly/monthly basis.
Support the DND Sr. Mgrs. during their periodic travel by providing them information as needed from the National office.
Creates high quality Nissan dealer group level reports and presentations for department manager for presentation to dealer groups and Nissan Executives.
This department provides foundational understanding of how the automotive industry works. The candidate in this role will learn how dealer agreements work and what dealers are held accountable for.
Candidate will build /check/ create reporting on a periodic basis and support the 2 Sr. Managers who travel heavily and rely on accurate information. Reports are currently monthly, but they are moving to weekly reports.
