This position is responsible for supporting all membership activities for assigned accounts including updates to medical, dental, vision, Rx, Medicare and handicapped coverage. This position primarily supports National Membership.
Applicant must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Researches and resolves enrollment system rejections associated with electronic processingProcessing manual requests to create or update member recordsRespond to inquiries regarding enrollment status/updatesWork directly with key customer contacts as an advocate for membership issuesEnsures accurate and timely processing of membership updatesPrioritizes work to ensure all timeframes are met.Work with internal and external vendors supporting membership functionsMaintain databases housing group specific enrollment information and guidelines.Order identification cards.Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Performs basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.
Qualifications
Requires a HS diploma or GED;up to 1 year of related experience;or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
