Department Manage / Customer Retention / Relations at Quality Builders Warranty Corporation in Wormleysburg, PA

Quality Builders Warranty Corporation currently has an outstanding management opportunity to supervise our Customer Service department and related areas. You will be responsible for directing & assisting your staff, meet organizational and operational objectives, solve problems and enhance customer relationships through public relations calls & visit, which will include occasional overnight travel. The position also includes promoting additional products & services to our existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide leadership, supervision, motivation, and development to the Customer Service Dept.
•Coordinate disputes with customers of member builders through dispute process.
•Assist in the recruitment and training of sales and PR staff.
•Maintain department staffing levels as necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree
•5+ years of Management Experience
•Self-motivated Problem Solver with customer relationship experience
•Organized GET IT ACCOMPLISHED leader
