Capitol Recruiters Inc is recruiting for 2 IT Help Desk Support Specialists for a prominent law firm client in Washington, DC.
**The hours for this position are 1:30am to 10:00am Monday through Friday.
OR
**2:00am to 2:00pm Saturday and Sunday and 7:00am to 2:45pm Monday and Tuesday.
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and IT support. Some of the duties for this position include: end-user support, troubleshooting assistance, and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection, and/or visits to user locations; communicating with other IT groups to determine proper resolution; quality assurance testing of new hardware and software. The hours for this position are 1:30am to 10:00am Monday through Friday.
Position Requirements: Must have at least 4 years of end-user support experience in a large law firm or professional services firm, Two-year college degree preferred, very strong interpersonal communication skills, advanced experience implementing, maintaining and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, prior experience configuring and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, and related equipment. Flexibility to occasionally work additional shifts as needed. Salary is commensurate with experience up to 65k non-exempt.
