This position is responsible for promoting best practice solutions firm wide and is responsible for managing the Help Desk, Document Support, IT Department & E-Learning software training programs and services.
Position Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills required, Must have at least 7 years of experience in software application training, help desk and floor support, and documentation, preferably in the legal environment, candidate must have a thorough understanding of the requirements of legal documents and procedural requirements, 5 years of management experience in the service/helpdesk, application training, of IT support discipline, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, iManage, DeltaView, Adobe Acrobat Writer and Citrix, solid prior experience in the design and delivery of end-user training programs through classroom and online (e-learning) delivery models, strong customer/client service orientation and understanding of importance of developing effective working relationships with end users, experience developing and managing information technology service level agreements (SLAs) for incident and problem management for a global professional services firm, background in project and process management regarding the delivery of technology solutions and services, ITIL Certification desired, must be able to work independently as well as to develop and supervise others.
