Capitol Recruiters Inc. is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst for a prominent law firm client in Washington, DC.
This position supports strategic initiatives of the Firm with financial modeling and data mining analyses.
Duties include: identifying and summarizing information from multiple sources for specialized Firm and client reporting; developing new approaches to address information requests, enhancing process efficiency, supporting new initiatives and preparing visual presentations of complex data to facilitate decision making. Other duties include designing custom analyses and reports utilizing multiple financial databases and reporting tools including Microsoft SharePoint, Crystal, Elite among others. Candidate will utilize Elite Enterprise/3E, Crystal, SQL, FAS, Access, and SharePoint and should have prior experience with all.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance (law/professional services firm experience ideal)
• Strong financial modeling skills; and a detailed understanding of financial statements
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience required
• Experience with relational database concepts/SQL Server and Access are critical
• Experience with the following systems: Elite Enterprise/3E, Crystal, SQL, FAS, Access, SharePoint
