The Contractor shall provide day-to-day support for the Organizational Delayering Initiative, as part of an ongoing effort to review business processes and identify opportunities for developing a more efficient organization. This task requires the Contractor to perform Organizational Design reviews and Management Analysis for presentation at the senior level, with reporting responsibilities as part of a core project team directly supporting Senior Executives within the client organization. This specific task requires a Secret clearance.
The Contractor shall:
1. Research and prepare narrative documents and graphic presentations; edit and proofread products; and compile and analyze data provided by component organizations relevant to the organizational delivering initiative.
2. Participate in project reviews and routine meetings with the core team and executive leadership to assess progress, recommend actions, determine next steps, and meet required deadlines.
3. Draft formal reports and correspondence requiring decisions of designated managers, specifically as related to organizational design; and change, manpower, and personnel management.
4. Develop, review, edit, and track action items and required deliverables on master project schedule, as delegated.
5. Analyze and develop executive summaries and other written analytical products as applicable to best practices, policies, and regulations pertaining to this project.
6. Maintain familiarity with Federal and Department policies with comprehensive knowledge of commonly used management methods, business operations, practices, procedures, regulations, policies and processes.
7. Demonstrate expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with specific knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
8. Develop and deliver a Master Project Plan and Quality Control Plan for this effort.
9. Demonstrate strong writing/grammar skills.
