Quality Engineer
Lawrenceburg, Kentucky
In this visible role, you will help champion the Quality Management System and procedures throughout manufacturing. You will develop and maintain viable systems to achieve quality objectives, and create documentation that demonstrates compliance with UL, ETL, and Military specifications and/or other, applicable exterior organizations. You’ll evaluate process capability and sampling plans, articulate appropriate quality performance metrics, and lead associates to effectively perform required testing and reporting of quality data.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an engineering or technical field, and possess three years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Your repertoire should include Microsoft Office programs and Basic Manufacturing Systems, Lean Six Sigma education, quality systems auditing, and proven ability to work in a team setting, along with a strong floor presence. ASQ certification in quality engineering is a plus. Experience supplying the military would be advantageous. And while a background in wire and cable manufacturing would be extremely beneficial, it is not a deal breaker.
Working with us, you’ll be rewarded with competitive compensation and full employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverages, paid vacations, and much more! But most of all, you’ll enjoy the satisfaction of association with a world-class company at the top of its industry.
Make the connection to a brighter future!
