Responsibilities:
• Training personnel in factory compliance and safety;
• Training personnel to operate, clean, service and troubleshoot equipment;
• Assisting the Training Supervisor in the preparation of training materials and equipment;
• Performing hands on demonstration assessments to verify transfer of knowledge;
• Conducting training audits of employees to identify training gaps;
• Recording trainee progress;
• Validating training materials;
• Communicating regularly with trainees, leadership team members and the Training Supervisor.
Education: 4-year degree preferred, or Train the Trainer Certified.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of training experience;
• Able and willing to deliver training and presentations;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Detail oriented, keeps accurate records.
