Our company is engaged to identify an efficient SAP Trainer for one of our biggest clients.
PAY RATE: $60/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for establishing, managing and implementing varied and highly complex training projects; and working with senior business leaders to support employee learning and development. Utilizes expertise in instructional design and adult methodology to advise on learning solutions, processes and procedures that are strategic and sustainable.
Leads implementation of learning solutions by building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and senior business leaders.
Applies knowledge of a narrow specialty or specific discipline to design course curriculum/content, develop educational programs utilizing adult learning methodology for employees in field operations, department/office areas, and business functions. Integrates best practices, communication, change management and safety strategies into educational initiatives.
Provides ongoing analysis of best practices to ensure resources, technology, curricula, vendors, and systems provide value to the entire organization for all assigned projects. Monitors trends and researches education/training related to emerging technologies, techniques and methodologies and shares information with colleagues to ensure ongoing improvement of educational programs, learning management systems, and other educational tools. Works with educational vendors to provide learning solutions. Coordinates with other learning and development teams to accomplish business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of relatable post high school courses and directly related work required.
Degrees in adult learning or instructional or technology design preferred.
Adult Learning Certifications preferred
