Senior Manager, Sales Operations (EK)

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations - This position is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Operations department. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, the Sr. Manager also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the department.

The successful candidate is responsible for leading the efforts associated with the development of SFE and CRM requirements for Integra LifeSciences Corporation SSS Commercial Operations Department so that each efficiently achieves established goals while producing a profitable contribution to Integra LifeSciences.

Sales Operations:

Strategic Leadership -

Possesses a long-term, strategic view of business; establishes and communicates strategic direction and promotes change to support business success.
Apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement strategies to support the sales process and SFE.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. Coordinates planning activities as needed with other functions and stakeholders within the organization.
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation and related programs.
Working with Sales Management, Finance, and Human Resources and provides assistance with sales incentive compensation administration or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures.
Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated.
Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, analytics, dashboards, SFA use and functionality, Territory Management/Sizing and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales organization-impacting initiatives.
Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.
Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
Identify and Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams and stakeholders.
Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards.
Adept at vendor selection, oversight and management
Develop realistic and achievable department objectives that are aligned with Organization, Sales and Marketing Initiatives
Achievement of strategic objectives defined by management.

Manage Team

Provide training and development of associates to ensure they adhere to all policies and procedures and increase operational efficiency, work productivity and results
Responsible for proper SOP documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the operations and support teams.
Lead special sales related projects as necessary

Coordination and Communication:
Support Sales Management and Stakeholders. Prioritize and respond to a variety of requests on daily basis.
Liaison with IS team and internal stakeholders provides feedback for on-going projects
Provide input and instruction to all functions within Integra that support ongoing SSS sales channel development
