Job Description:
Siemens Teamcenter Systems Administration:
• To provide Siemens Teamcenter Windows administration to include Windows platform management, configuration, design, and customization expertise as needed.
• Ability to support Windows Server 2008 version for the current Teamcenter build-out and deployment project.
Microsoft Windows Administration:
• Provide Microsoft Windows platform expertise in management, configuration, setup, design, and training.
• Microsoft platforms may include Active Directory and Exchange as well, on various Windows server versions.
Duties:
• Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support.
• Monitor server performance and availability.
• Ensure Windows server availability compliance per customer Service Level Agreements.
• Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and application installation.
• Promote and maintain server patch management practices.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and professional services.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
• Experience with installing, configuring, tuning, problem solving Siemens Teamcenter
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Active Directory
• Understanding of Change Management frameworks such as ITIL
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Exchange Mail
