North Bay staffing firm is looking for an in-house/in-office Senior Technical Recruiter to assist with our growing team of staffing professionals.
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to assist in filling contract and direct hire positions in the IT, Engineering, Biotech, and Financial industry groups. Must have recruiting experience in at least two of these four verticals. Full life cycle recruiting experience is required, using ATS and other recruiting software tools.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills in order to represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Good problem solving skills and success-oriented team player are also required. Must be proficient in MS Suite of tools, especially Word and Excel; systems savvy, good math skills, work well with people, have a positive attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Technical Recruiter (contract and direct hire)
Excellent system skills
Superior communication skills (oral and written)
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
