Build and maintain good working relationships with all Regional HR customers, as well as internal and external contacts.
Manage the HR Officer, ensuring that adequate coaching and guidance is provided
As part of the Regional Project Team, support new country development by setting up new locations including contracts of employment, benefit structures, recruitment etc.
Support the CEOs with international recruitment including participation in interviews, providing guidance where necessary
Global mobility - Management of inbound and outbound assignments Management of Executive appraisal and remuneration processes
In conjunction with the GM - HR and Training, EAR develop and maintain Regional policies and procedures ensuring that the organisation follows best practice and compliance with legal requirements
Manage the SFC annual salary review and bonus payment process
Day to day operational HR and Training support to TMFNL and EARO, including payroll
Management of the European Employee Satisfaction Survey, liaising with internal and external parties, ensuring deadlines are met and action plans created and implemented within the Region providing support as required
Support the CEOs when required, for example, introduction/change of benefit structure, development of location, headcount increases etc.
Support the rollout of Global and European initiatives
Maintain an awareness of developments in the relevant fields to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of the latest thinking in these areas
Deputise for the GM - HR and Training, EAR where required
Assisting with ad-hoc projects as delegated by the GM - HR and Training and Senior HR and Training Officer
Experience Required:
• Willing to travel
• HR experience in countries in addition to the UK
• Ability to speak other languages
• Assessment centres for recruitment
