General Mission:
To provide resourcing support.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and advertise vacancies using appropriate methods
•Use various candidate attraction tools such as direct sourcing and social media
•Discuss positions with prospective candidates
•Conduct candidate searches to match to job description
•Receive, log (where necessary) and review applications
•Pre-qualifying and vetting potential candidates before submission to hiring managers
•Informing candidates of the outcome of their interview
•Assist in the management of the resource management tool (Taleo)
•Drafting and reviewing job descriptions
•Building effective working relationships with hiring managers and external customers
•Using the pre-selected job boards to advertise positions
•Reporting into the Recruitment Lead
•Undertake any other reasonable task as requested
•Participate in project activities as and when required
Qualifications
Essential Criteria:
•Educated to minimum of GCSE level (grade C or above/or equivalent in Maths and English)
•Resourcing background
•Ability to use social media and other methods to search for suitable candidates
•Boolean searching experience
•Confident on using LinkedIn Recruiter
•Confident in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
•Process driven
•Excellent organisational and communication skills
•Flexible in approach and adaptable to change
•Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook and Taleo is advantageous although not essential
