Department: Production
Reports To: Floor Manager
Job Description:
o Responsible for performing production work in factory.
o Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines.
o Assembles finished product, inspects product to ensure that it meets specifications.
Duties:
o Soldering
o Ability to do light assembly work.
o Start up and stop equipment.
o Assist with production line in factories.
o Clean production area.
o Sweep and remove debris.
o Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies. o Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
o Measure and pour ingredients.
o Ensure conformance to specifications.
o Pull damaged or ineffective equipment off the line.
o Measure length of extruded article.
o Remove product and machine attachments.
o Record data.
o Follow instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications (Skills, Education, Experience)
o Must have soldering experience
o Reliable and dependable; will be at work when scheduled to work.
o Understand basic manufacturing processes.
o Basic knowledge of safety and quality in a manufacturing environment. o Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
o High school diploma or GED.
o Proven safety record in past work history.
