Real Estate Office Administrator / Property Manager at University City Apt in Philadelphia, PA

The Office Administrator / Property Manager will lead and assist in daily operations efficiently. These tasks include but are not limited to managing residential properties, assisting the owner/landlord, tenants, and real estate agents.

• Computer skills and internet knowledge is required.
• Familiarity with Property Management Software is a plus.
• Evaluate tenant work requests regarding building operations and repairs; coordinate and dispatch requests; enter data in the maintenance work order system
• Maintain files and documents, process mail, and provide general administrative support
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Run office errands as necessary

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of apartment rentals is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Knowledge of property management and rental accounting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
