Our client is a multinational company and one centric website for buying online. Our employee with be the main interface between the company and the third party retail partner.
Our employees will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Merchants selling on the platform and is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process
improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment.
Based in Lisbon, we are now recruiting Customer Service Representatives to perform Inbound Support by phone and email.
Education:
• A minimum of High School diploma or related work experience
Experience Target:
• Call Center - Customer Care experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• French Native Speaker - Français (mandatory)
• Strong English skills both spoken and written
• Excellent Communication skills
• Commercial attitude
• Focuses sales efforts
• Capable to switch between formal or informal communication depending on situation
• Highly empathetic and friendly
Other Information:
• Full-time 8h/day;
• Availability Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
• Workplace: Parque das Nações, Lisbon, Portugal
• Base salary (x14 months) + Meal Allowance + Monthly Performance Bonus + Private health insurance
• Training fully paid by SITEL and included in the work contract
