Immediate Opening for Journeyman Electrician for Space Center/Bay Area Blvd. area
Requirements / Job Duties
MUST BE TDLR licensed journeyman electrician
Be able to assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixture, using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 to 4:30 and 7 to 11 on Friday. Hours change in August to M-F 7:30 to 4.
Basic mechanical abilities
Basic computer skills
Be able to read, write and speak English
Flexible to Overtime as needed
Able to climb, bend, stand, lift 10 hr. shift
Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
