Job Description:
1. Person need to be able to develop the project management artifacts themselves (project charters, project schedules, resource plans, manage issues/risks/changes, etc.).
2. One of the key skills is for the individual to be able to facilitate work sessions if needed to derive schedules, address issues, etc.
3. In general, because of this hands on approach, they need to be able to be onsite the majority of the time.
Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
2. 3-5 years relevant experience
3. Comprehensive knowledge and application of project management principles and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
4. Demonstrated leadership skills including effective written, oral and listening skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of the Company and with vendors and agencies
6. Demonstrated presentation skills for effective group presentations
7. In-depth problem solving skills for duties including preparing and monitoring project requirements and resolving cost and time constraints
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to effective handle various projects and conflicting priorities
9. Ability to manage business process improvement and/or software development or system implementation projects
10. Good working knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
