Spanish Customer Service Specialist for Tarlac
Salary: P40, 000 P70, 000
Location: Tarlac
Schedule: Day Shift
Requirements:
- Native/Non-Native
- Can speak read and write Spanish
- Fluent in English
- At least high school diploma
- Highly computer literate
- 1-3 years Call center experience is a PLUS but not REQUIRED
- Credit Card, Banking, or other Financial Services experience is an Advantage
- Willing to work and relocate in Tarlac
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally, Research required information using available resources
- Handle complaints, respond to inquiries, and escalate problems when necessary
- Provide customers with account and give product information
- Assist/Coordinate applicants with the application
- Maintain excellent customer service while selling company products, features, and services at the same time
