Our client has an immediate need for a Reporting Analyst at their Marietta location. This is a Full-time position with benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Budget and Commissions reporting, data extraction and be able to work independently. A bachelor's degree is preferred. You must have strong Excel and Access skills and have experience with SAP and Salesforce. Here are the position details:
Position Summary
Prepare various monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports, calculations and analyses to support various departments and senior executives.
Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly/Monthly
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Provide sales goals and commission calculation templates for use by the Senior Director, U.S. Sales in preparing
commission budgets. Assist other in the preparation of commission budgets for other Marketing personnel.
Provide revenue goals for sales representatives for entry by IT department into Salesforce.com.
Calculate commissions monthly for various Sales and Marketing personnel.
Maintain Sales and Marketing personnel in SAP and Lotus Notes Reports database.
Provide historic pricing information and contract spreadsheets to Sales and Marketing personnel prior to new customer pricing agreements being negotiated.
Prepare pricing analyses for annual price list increases.
Assist Finance in preparing annual revenue budgets. Maintain updated forecasts throughout the year.
Produce ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
Provide back-up for Collections and A/R Associate for duties such as running Vertex and SAP sales tax reports,
preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns and administering the Concur system.
Requirements
Intermediate or advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.).
Intermediate Access capability.
Two to four years of Accounting and/or reporting experience.
Bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
Sales reporting experience and/or commission calculation experience is a plus.
Experience with report generation from Accounting software systems. SAP experience is a plus.
Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
