Our client, leader in promotional marketing & Digital Agency, is looking for an Operation Manager ( PM Experience)
Operation Managers is in charge of the entire production activity and is the final responsible for the operation.
Om is responsible for understanding client needs for offshoring and translating that into a profitable and efficient operation from a client and company perspective.
This person is in charge of defining the strategy and plans to execute through the internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, Process improvements, finance, others) in the different stages of the operation (IWO definition, Ramp up, accommodating phase, maintenance).
Candidates must have with experience in Digital Production & advertising experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist to ramp-up meetings in order to analyze business demand, define scope, resourcing and IWO.
• Define action plan, deliverables, process and documentation.
• Manage Client s expectations.
• Agreeing project objectives.
• Define KPIs and SLAs and keep track of those on a regular basis.
• Organizing the various professional people and areas working on the production activity.
• Work with PM Lead, Production Lead and QA Manager to ensure that the processes, SLAs and quality are met.
• Supervise the team capacity.
• Be the 2nd point of escalation at any issue during the project cycle life.
• Create customized reporting for the client and/or Production Director.
• Supervise PMLs and assists them in their daily tasks.
• Ensure the profitability of all assigned Inter-company Work Orders.
• Develop income reports and supervise vendor cost.
• Work in constant process and quality improvement of the operations.
